Loving Clarity is primarily an online training platform, but our passion extends across four key work areas:
COURSES
Our online (or in-person on request) trainings and mentorships in Visualization and Evaluation are our passion. We equip you to communicate key concepts more effectively using visuals, rather than long, complex texts. Trainings in other subjects will come as well.
EVALUATION
To determine whether you have achieved your goals, our expertise in evaluation analyzes the effectiveness of your projects. Evaluation is evidence-based research into the effects of interventions, applied to improvement and decision-making.
VISUALIZATION
Our custom Visualization Servicetransforms information presented as text or speech, as well as raw data, into impactful visuals. Through visuals, complex information is turned into clear, comprehensible images that speak for themselves.
THEORIES OF CHANGE
Theories of Change (ToC) are a simple yet powerful diagram-based tool that helps with planning and is also very useful for monitoring and evaluating results. We facilitate their development to visualize the logic of your intervention, and/or we train you to facilitate them.
Founded by Sara Vaca
Sara Vaca is the creative in front of this beautiful life adventure called Loving Clarity.
Passionate about and an expert in Data Visualization since 2011, Sara discovered this language on Twitter when she encountered her first infographics. Inspired by this way of communicating and learning, which deeply resonated with her, she decided to teach herself and become fluent in visualization.
She began by creating visual resumes for her family and friends, gradually transforming all her work as a consultant into visual creations throughout her professional and academic journey.
With a degree in Business Management, a master’s degree in Nonprofit Organization Management, and another master’s in Program and Public Policy Evaluation, Sara has extensive experience in quality management and results-based management in the private sector and, since 2007, in nonprofit and humanitarian organizations.
Since 2012, she has been a professional evaluator, specializing in theories of change and strategic planning. She has traveled to over 60 countries, half of them for work.
Fueled by passion, Sara explores synergies between visualization and other disciplines while enjoying the process of visualizing important information and concepts.
